Duration: 6-month contract

Location: London (1 day per week)

Rate: £500-£550 – outside IR35.

A globally recognised retail organisation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead 3 projects with global reach. This is a six-month contract working within a fast-paced environment delivering critical technology solutions. The role involves leading a small team of technology specialists, internal SMEs, and third-party implementation partners to delivery of customer facing projects, with high visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, deliverables, and outcomes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans covering all phases from requirements to rollout
• Implement governance frameworks for NetSuite and integrated systems
• Lead cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions
• Oversee budgets, track spending, and report exceptions
• Manage project communications, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders

Required Experience:

• Proven track record in delivering NetSuite finance implementations, covering modules such as accounting, financial reporting.
• Ideal candidate has experience of Dynamics CRM.
• Experience managing multiple dependent technology projects within set budgets and timelines
• Ability to work across finance, IT, and third-party vendor teams, ensuring smooth collaboration
• Strong stakeholder management and ideally retail experience.
