We\’re looking for a Senior People Advisor to champion our culture, support managers, and help every employee succeed . If you love working with people, solving problems, and making workplaces better, this role is for you.

You\’ll work closely with our People Partners and business leaders , providing expert advice, coaching, and support to ensure our managers lead their teams effectively, drive performance, and create an inclusive, high-performing culture .

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role —perfect for someone who\’s pragmatic, commercially focused, and passionate about creating a great employee experience .

  • Supporting Our Culture – Work with our People Partners to maintain and enhance our inclusive, values-driven environment .
  • Coaching & Advising Managers – Be the go-to person for first-line managers , helping them navigate everything from performance management to employee engagement .
  • People-Focused Problem Solving – Advise and coach managers on best-practice HR solutions that boost team performance and drive business success .
  • Building High-Performing Teams – Guide managers on recognition, promotions, internal moves, and retention strategies to keep top talent engaged.
  • Employee Relations & Wellbeing – Provide pragmatic, values-led advice on issues like grievances, disciplinaries, and capability , ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • Supporting Onboarding & Growth – Help managers welcome and develop new hires , ensuring they have a great start and clear career progression .
  • Driving Performance – Ensure managers understand the importance of performance management , helping them set clear goals and provide constructive feedback .
  • Analysing & Improving Key Metrics – Work with managers to track and improve employee retention, engagement, and absence .
  • Enabling Fair Pay & Recognition – Support People Partners in ensuring consistent and fair pay and reward structures across the business.
  • Training & Development – Identify training needs and collaborate with our Talent Development team to deliver tailored learning solutions .
  • Leading Change – Support managers with organisational changes and business transformation projects .
  • Collaborating Across Teams – Work closely with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to create a seamless people experience.

  • Strong HR Knowledge – You understand UK employment law , HR best practices, and have experience handling grievances, disciplinaries, and capability processes .
  • Tech-Savvy & Systems-Oriented – Comfortable using HR and performance tools like Officevibe, BambooHR, Workable, and Microsoft O365 .
