The Role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll join a high-performing, cross-functional data team to develop and deploy impactful solutions that shape the future of FinTech. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll own the full data science lifecycle, working on projects that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy state-of-the-art recommendation systems, knowledge graphs, and A/B testing frameworks.
• Drive innovation in semantic search and experimentation to enhance customer experiences.
• Feature Engineering: Create and optimise features to improve model performance.
• Model Development: Build, train, and validate machine learning models tailored to solve specific business problems.
• Deliver measurable outcomes, such as increasing uplift or improving recommendation engines.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience : 2- 4+ years in Data Science roles with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
• Expertise : Strong background in semantic search, experimentation, and full-stack data science. Participation in Kaggle competitions or similar achievements is a bonus.
• Tech Stack : Experience with SageMaker, Airflow, and cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
• Mindset : Highly impact-driven, with a clear focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
