Weβre looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support the development of business requirements across our client's CRM and Applicant Tracking platform, which is built on Salesforce Lightning within an enterprise-scale environment. This role involves working with a wide range of stakeholders, often with differing priorities, to ensure our systems are aligned with business needs and function optimally.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the IT department to support business architecture analysis and definition.
- Work with the Product Manager to identify and explore new Salesforce capabilities.
- Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and traceability.
- Translate user stories into clear functional requirements with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops, perform user journey mapping, and help define the product backlog.
- Produce business documentation such as process maps, use cases, βto-beβ workflows, and test scripts.
- Assist in writing user stories, QA testing, system integration testing, and supporting UAT.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment.
- Evaluate proposed solutions for strategic fit and associated risks.
Required Skills & Experience
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Administrator.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst on tech-focused programs.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products including AppExchange, Chatter, Automation, and Core CRM functions.
- Skilled in assessing the impact of changes on business architecture.
- Previous experience supporting sales and marketing departments.
- Strong grasp of data models and the importance of data quality in reporting and CRM functionality.
- Demonstrated experience in full business analysis lifecycle.
- Skilled in business process modelling and workflow analysis.
- Capable of converting business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Familiar with Salesforce integrations, especially in document management.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Sound time and project management abilities.
- Confident communicator, able to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and expectation-setting capabilities.
- Comfortable working within distributed teams across various organisational levels.
- Able to remain adaptable and maintain a positive mindset in dynamic, high-pressure situations.
- Proficient with Jira and Microsoft Visio.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years' experience in Salesforce Business Analysis within transformational programs.
- Certifications such as BCS, CBAP, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce AI Associate.
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence and related tools.
- Background in recruitment, HR, or professional services.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience in UX design and using relevant tools.
This is a hybrid role with requirement to be on site at least 2 days a week in the London office.
