Overview:

We've partnered with a key client of ours who are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented People Data Manager to lead a team of data analysts in supporting a large-scale transformation program. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate data handling, analysis, process implementation, and reporting to facilitate effective organisational change on a global scale. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR business partners, managers, the finance team, and the program delivery team to manage and optimise data-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring the effective handling and reporting of people data.
  • Allocate and prioritise workload, maintaining a proactive and responsive service to meet program demands.
  • Provide line management, mentorship, and development support to up to four People Data Analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.

Data Ownership & Management

  • Oversee and manage people data related to the implementation of global change initiatives.
  • Work in collaboration with HR data teams to integrate transformation-related data into long-term employee records.

Data Quality & Analysis

  • Work closely with business units to understand and track organizational changes, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to support legal documentation, internal communications, and strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and enforce quality control standards for all transformation-related people data.

Reporting & Stakeholder Support

  • Provide clear and reliable data insights for key stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and executive leadership.
  • Deliver regular updates to the Finance team for cost and benefits tracking, resolving data-related queries where needed.
  • Centralise data reporting processes to enhance efficiency and minimize disruption to operational HR teams.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, conditional formatting, complex formulas (e.g., INDEXMATCH, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS), and large dataset management.
  • Power BI expirience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to extract insights and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a high-performing analytics team.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
