The Enterprise Integration Architect will define and drive the organization's integration strategy and architecture. This includes setting a vision for integration capabilities, aligning technology with business needs, and contributing to strategic transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop the enterprise-wide integration architecture vision and strategy.
- Define the future-state architecture for integration across platforms and services.
- Create and maintain a roadmap for delivering integration capabilities.
- Establish reusable patterns, standards, and best practices for integration solutions.
- Collaborate on change initiatives by providing architectural direction and solution design input.
- Support compliance assessments and reporting related to platform and product environments.
- Identify opportunities to reuse components and standardize integration technologies across business units.
- Simplify architectural complexity and reduce operational costs where feasible.
- Drive alignment between IT strategy and business process improvements.

Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with integration platforms.
- Desirable experience with additional platforms such as Boomi, Workato, or similar iPaaS tools.
- TOGAF certification (or equivalent architectural framework experience).
- Experience in working within complex matrixed organizations.
- Understanding of enterprise operating models, financial governance, and risk management.
- Familiarity with modern IT practices such as Agile, DevOps, and ITIL.
- Working knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, SOA, APIs, and cloud-based services (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate, influence, and challenge stakeholders.
- Ability to distil complex problems into clear technical and strategic solutions.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate technical concepts in business terms.
- Skilled in modelling tools, architecture repositories, and visual communication.
