Role: Head of Change
We are currently recruiting a Head of Change to join a market leading FMCG, who are embarking on a global transformation
As a Head of Change, you will set up and embed a new business change function, initially across the UK and then into the EU. The Change function, will embed business change and play a key role in embedding people, culture and system initiatives.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Proven track record embedding change and leading a team through change. This role will have a combination of hands-on change & team management/leadership responsibilities.
- Create and implement change management strategies and plans to maximise employee adoption and conduct change impact, business readiness, stakeholder analysis.
- Experience planning and delivering successful change management on large and complex projects within a global business (beneficial).
- Experience managing business change for a large-scale people, process and system transformation.
- Responsibility for designing and developing communications strategies and plans.
- Experience leading, coaching, developing, and mentoring a change team.
- Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives, building rapport and understanding of change management.
- Hands on Business Change Management experience
- Change Management Qualification/Practitioner (Prosci/APMG)
Salary: £90,000 – £95,000 + Bonus + Excellent Package
Location: Work from Home/Remote working – With the expectation to visit site on occasion. (London)
