Overview: We are currently collaborating with a leading hospitality/retail organisation who have been rapidly growing. They are seeking an experienced project manager to join their team and deliver projects across their Customer Data Platform, CRM systems and Website.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful coordination and delivery of business and technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Consistently demonstrate exceptional project management and delivery skills.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop detailed project plans to establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
- Prepare and distribute status reports to IT leadership and key stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and project interdependencies, coordinating with multiple external suppliers for specialized skills.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and processes.
- Handle risk and change management effectively.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Collaborate closely with other group regions, including Heads of IT Projects, Department Heads, IT Project Managers, Service Desk, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and Database Administrators.
Must Haves:
- Minimum of 5 years in a project management position.
- Experience with CRM, CDP and Web/eCommerce projects.
- Project Management professional qualification.
- Excellent planning and governance skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating detailed plans, applying comprehensive project control methodologies, and managing multiple high-profile IT projects concurrently.
- Experience delivering IT and Change projects on an end to end basis.
- Experience with coaching and training.
- Excellent Stakeholder and 3rd Party management and communication.
- Varied project delivery experience - not specialised in one specific project delivery area.
