Location: London (Hybrid 3 days a week) Start Date: ASAP La Fosse is happy to announce that we\’re partnered with a trusted client in their search for a Delivery Manager in their dynamic and fast-growing team based in London. The client is a prominent e-commerce brand that delivers exclusive products to a global audience. As a Delivery Manager, your role will be crucial in enabling the IT Operations & Engineering teams to achieve their goals effectively. This position requires close collaboration with various teams to optimise workflows, refine plans, and uphold high standards across digital platforms through ongoing improvements. Partner with iOS, Android and Backend teams to enhance features and releases. Monitor productivity, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and introduce new Agile and Lean methodologies. Assist in planning deployments and adapting processes based on retrospective feedback. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to identify and address potential risks. Strong attention to detail, while also understanding broader project goals. Experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
