We’re partnering with a cutting-edge organisation at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and life sciences to find an experienced Data Governance Lead. The Opportunity:

You’ll work within a cross-functional environment alongside AI, Clinical, and IT teams to ensure robust data governance across a growing platform handling highly sensitive clinical, pharmaceutical, and research data. The organisation is scaling rapidly and is building a major new research and innovation campus in Oxford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ensure regulatory adherence (GDPR, HIPAA) across complex data pipelines.
