About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant with a strong background in Finance modules to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support for clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation of D365 F&O Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, and Project Accounting.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customise D365 F&O Finance modules to meet client needs.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide functional solutions and documentation.
- Deliver user training, workshops, and UAT support.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Support data migration, integration, and testing activities.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a D365 F&O (or AX) Finance Functional Consultant.
- Deep knowledge of core Finance modules and finance business processes.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience with full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.
- Familiarity with LCS, RSAT, Azure DevOps, and other relevant tools.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with localisations, multi-entity, or multi-currency implementations.
- Knowledge of Power Platform or D365 Supply Chain modules.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
