We’re partnering with an ambitious start up that’s on a mission to completely rethink how software is built. With a pre-seed round of $2 Million from top-tier investors, this is a unique opportunity to join a small, high-impact team and help shape the next wave of software creation tools. The Opportunity Our client is looking for a talented, driven Founding Software Engineer/ Start-up CTO to join a team of passionate innovators as they set out to change how software is made. With a vision to make software creation as seamless and natural as possible, their team is building a tool that will empower organisations to build and scale apps. As an early member of this team, you’ll have a direct impact on the technology, product direction, and overall success of the company. What You’ll Be Doing Work directly with the founder and founding engineers to create a tool that simplifies the software development process. Design, develop, and scale both front-end and back-end systems using TypeScript and React , and . Node.Js for backend. Contribute to a monorepo architecture and design elegant, high-quality solutions that solve complex technical challenges. Collaborate closely with the team to iterate and deliver impactful features that improve productivity and scalability for software teams. Play a significant role in developing both the core product and features that will empower users to understand and build software at scale. What They’re Looking For Strong coder, ideally with experience in TypeScript, React, Node, AWS (or any cloud) Strong experience in either backend OR frontend engineering is fine Solid experience with SQL and a passion for building robust, scalable systems. Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with an eagerness to take ownership of large, impactful projects. An enthusiasm for problem-solving and the ability to balance speed with quality. A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a small, highly focused team.
