Design and Build a strategic Customer Reference Data Store, aligning with industry best practices. Validate and Refine Estimates for workstreams and resource allocation, ensuring the programme is well-structured for success. Advise on Technology: Provide recommendations for implementing technologies such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or custom solutions.
