Job Description Business Analyst – £70,000 (12 Month FTC) Reports to: Senior Programme Manager Hybrid: 3-4 Days P/week on-site in Central London Integration and Optimisation Programme Role Overview: The role requires an excellent Business Analyst who can help shape the business and deliver new technology implementations. You will need to work closely with the Technology team and their business units to gather requirements and provide high-level documentation, for a successful conversion in to actionable insights and process change for technology improvements. Your role will support the advancement of technology across the end-to-end customer and product lifecycle Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Organise, facilitate and document requirements gathering sessions with multiple stakeholder groups and business units Work closely to identify current and future state processes, systems and configurations Provide quality, standardised documentation of requirements that are easily translated into actionable tasks for implementations and software development.
