Required Experience:
- Proven hands-on experience with AWS cloud services across multiple production environments.
- Demonstrable experience delivering at least one project using Amazon Connect.
- Strong practical knowledge of AWS infrastructure including EC2, Lambda, CloudFormation, IAM, VPC, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Background in architecting and building scalable, secure cloud-native applications.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Any exposure to contact centre technology or customer engagement platforms is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust cloud solutions with a focus on high availability, security, and scalability.
- Take ownership of integrating and optimising AWS Connect within existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Product Owners.
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure infrastructure complies with best practices and security standards.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production environments, driving improvements in performance and resilience.
- Provide guidance and mentorship on AWS best practices across the team.
