Are you ready to lead transformation at the heart of a Utility company based across the UK? The renowned Utilities business is looking for an experienced Transformation Manager to help drive innovation, improve performance, and shape the future of our business.
You’ll join the Transformation & Major Projects directorate, working at the forefront of business evolution—identifying opportunities, designing strategic change, and delivering impactful transformation across our operations. This is a high-profile role with visibility across senior leadership and external stakeholders, offering real influence and the chance to leave a lasting legacy.

THE ROLE
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic business transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth.
- Deliver and oversee multiple complex transformation projects from initiation through to successful implementation.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, ensuring progress is tracked and challenges are proactively resolved.
- Monitor the success of transformation initiatives and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
YOU

- Proven experience in leading end-to-end business transformation initiatives.
