Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager – European Banking , where you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering key new regulated business lines as well as support on the business change agenda. As the Senior Project Manager – European Banking , you’ll be responsible for: Project Leadership : Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met. Change Implementation : Support teams with system upgrades, process changes, and lending policy updates. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and vendors. Compliance Focus : Align projects with regulatory requirements, ensuring quality and precision Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining project momentum What We’re Looking For: Work Experience : Proven track record in Financial Services or regulated industries Banking industry (ideally in European markets) exposure is a must Familiarity with Banking industry systems such as FIS, Temenos or Finastra is highly desirable Subject matter expertise in Lending and/or mortgages experience will be looked upon favourably Technical Skills : Proficient in tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Visio, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus) Stakeholder Engagement : Ability to work with numerous stakeholders, inspire teams, resolve conflicts, and adapt to evolving priorities What’s on offer The successful Senior Project Manager – European Banking, will be offered a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (with possible extension) and full company benefits, whilst getting exposure to high profile programme and supporting on building out the change function #J-18808-Ljbffr
