About the Role

We are partnering with a high-growth boutique consultancy that delivers complex technology and transformation programmes across a wide range of industries, including financial services, life sciences, telecoms, government, and beyond.

The firm is seeking experienced Consultants and Senior Consultants (Manager–Senior Manager level) with a strong track record in project delivery, exceptional client-facing skills, and broad cross-sector and technical expertise. These positions offer the opportunity to lead and deliver impactful programmes within a boutique environment, providing genuine autonomy, visibility, and the chance to shape both client outcomes and the continued growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver complex technology and transformation projects across multiple sectors.

  • Engage senior stakeholders, providing clear advice, progress tracking, and issue resolution.

  • Establish and manage governance frameworks, delivery plans, and reporting.

  • Build strong client relationships, with progression towards client development at Senior Consultant level.

  • Contribute to the growth, culture, and entrepreneurial ambitions of the firm.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years’ experience in consulting at Big Four, Accenture, or IBM.

  • Strong technical delivery background with credibility in front of clients.

  • Broad industry exposure (not limited to financial services or public sector).

  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

  • Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a structured consulting toolkit.

  • Articulate, collaborative, and technically curious.
