About the Company
A leading Healthcare company are looking for a Programme Director / Transformation Director to join an ambitious new leadership team. This is a critical role in scaling and transforming delivery across major NHS client programmes.

This is a unique opportunity for a strategic delivery professional to build a new delivery capability from scratch.

The Opportunity
Reporting into CxO you will lead a portfolio of enterprise-wide NHS digital transformation programmes, ensuring delivery excellence across a high-growth, “greenfield” UK environment. These programmes are multi-year, high-value engagements with significant strategic importance.

You will be responsible for uplifting internal delivery processes and governance, while also acting as a senior representative of the business—engaging NHS trusts and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, trust, and long-term partnership success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-scale NHS digital transformation programmes
• Build and embed internal delivery processes, planning frameworks, governance, and assurance
• Represent the company at senior levels with NHS trusts and client organisations to drive delivery alignment
• Work cross-functionally with product, operations, technology, finance, and commercial teams to deliver end-to-end programme success
• Drive internal capability uplift and support long-term transformation and growth objectives

About You

• Proven experience delivering major NHS or UK healthcare transformation programmes
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing high-value, multi-year contracts and client portfolios
• Skilled in developing internal delivery systems while building external trust and influence
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to operate confidently at C-suite level, both internally and with NHS executives
