We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with IFS experience to support an ongoing ERP transformation programme. This role will focus on IFS Finance and/or CRM modules , working closely with stakeholders across finance, commercial, and IT teams to gather, define, and manage requirements throughout the IFS lifecycle.

This is a hybrid contract ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive BA who understands ERP systems, has experience translating business needs into system requirements, and has contributed to successful IFS implementations—ideally in SaaS or fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with finance and commercial stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business and functional requirements for IFS modules (Finance and/or CRM)

Map and analyse existing processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimisation within IFS

Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories

Liaise with IFS Functional Consultants and developers to ensure accurate and feasible solution design

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution walkthroughs

Support UAT planning and execution , including test scenario creation and validation

Contribute to data migration planning and assist with data quality and validation efforts

Assist in user training content creation and change management initiatives

Ensure documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementation or transformation programmes

Strong knowledge of IFS applications , specifically in Finance (e.g. GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets) and/or CRM

Solid understanding of financial processes, data flows, and reporting requirements

Demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders, gather requirements, and define clear deliverables

Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills

Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with diverse internal teams and third-party vendors

Experience supporting an IFS implementation in a SaaS or technology-driven business

Familiarity with IFS Cloud or Apps 10

Understanding of integration needs between IFS and other platforms (e.g. billing, CRM, BI tools)

Experience in high-growth or global business environments

Background working within agile or hybrid project delivery frameworks
