Global Change Manager

Global Change Manager Location: Remote Contract: Permanent We are seeking a Global Change Manager to lead the change management efforts for a large-scale transformation project within a global charity. You will ensure successful implementation of a new operating model across Country Offices and Members, managing the impact on people, processes, systems, and governance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage change impact assessments and transition plans. Create and implement change and communication plans to ensure engagement and adoption. Work closely with the project team and senior stakeholders to monitor progress and drive continuous improvement. Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in leading global change management for transformation projects. Proven ability to engage senior leaders and global stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Desirable: Experience in the non-profit sector or international development. Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Arabic. Why Apply?
