Overview:
We are seeking a Deployment Engineer with strong 2nd line desktop support experience to join a project team delivering large-scale hardware deployments across the London office.
This is a hands-on, on-site role focused primarily on device rollout tasks, with some support responsibilities where required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure Windows laptops, desktops, mobile devices, label printers, and standard printers
- Perform hardware swaps, upgrades, imaging, and user setup
- Support mobile device setup and configuration (iOS/Android)
- Liaise with users during deployments to ensure smooth transition
- Provide occasional 2nd line support as needed across hardware and end-user services
- Maintain accurate records of deployment and asset tracking
- Experience with label printers, laptops, and mobile device rollouts
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deployment tasks efficiently
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and operate inside IR35
