We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with proven expertise in CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 , to support the delivery of business-critical projects. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and drive successful CRM implementations — especially across sales and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis, documentation, and delivery of CRM and business process requirements
Map as-is and to-be business processes, focusing on Dynamics 365 solutions
Translate business needs into clear user stories, specifications, and actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable CRM solutions
Support project planning, testing, and change management initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in a senior role
Strong skills in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management
Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum, XP, or Kanban)
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and Visio
Working Pattern:
3 days a week in our London office (flexible working available for the remainder).
