A healthtech scale-up is on the lookout for a Marketing Executive to support CRM and content strategies for one of their top-rated health and wellness apps. You’ll play a key role in campaign execution, content creation and performance analysis to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app)

Write engaging copy for emails, product updates and blogs

Analyse campaign performance and implement A/B testing

Leverage data for audience segmentation, personalised communications and automation strategies

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignmenr on branding and tone of voice
Requirements:

Experience implementing CRM systems in a B2C environment
- Previous experience in a content marketing and CRM focused role

Excellent writing skills,able to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels

Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing tools for planning and executing campaigns

Adaptable and organised in a fast-paced environment
