About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) transformation project . You will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of a modern FP&A solution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial processes.
Experience with Anaplan, Tagetik, or similar FP&A tools is highly desirable, as you will be managing system integrations, data flows, and stakeholder expectations to enhance forecasting, reporting, and financial modelling capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of an FP&A transformation project, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and external vendors to design and implement scalable FP&A solutions.
- Oversee system integration, data modelling, and workflow automation.
- Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and financial reporting .
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new financial planning technologies.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager leading FP&A, financial systems, or ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting .
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan, Tagetik, or similar FP&A platforms .
- Solid knowledge of data integration, ETL, and cloud-based financial systems .
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies .
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
