We’re on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Test Lead to drive critical testing efforts for a major ServiceNow transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to ensure quality, optimize IT service management, and deliver real value in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage end-to-end testing efforts for the ServiceNow transformation, ensuring seamless execution.
- Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test scripts to validate ServiceNow functionality.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements.
- Oversee functional, regression, performance, and UAT testing phases.
- Identify, track, and manage defects to resolution, ensuring high-quality deployments.
- Drive best practices in ITSM, Agile testing, and change management.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Test Lead, with a strong background in testing ITSM transformations.
- Expertise in ServiceNow testing methodologies, including automated and manual testing.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Ability to work in complex enterprise environments and drive test adoption.
