This is a global implementation across 20 countries, multi-language, c. 20k users initially. Aggressive timeframes, only suitable for seasoned ServiceNow interims comfortable with high pressure. Immediate start.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead a critical ServiceNow transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive change, optimise IT service management, and deliver real value in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow transformation, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with BA, Test Lead, and Service Design teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Work closely with technical teams to align business needs with ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Drive best practices in ITSM, Agile, and change management.
