Role Overview:
We are partnering with a leading multinational software company who are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for a 6-month contract. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions while ensuring best practices and system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee integrations with third-party applications and ensure system performance.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and governance policies.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications as needed.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and module implementation (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).
