Service Level Manager

A global financial services firm is seeking a Contract Service Level Manager to develop and implement a Service Level Management (SLM) Framework. This role will involve defining, documenting, reporting, and governing service levels.

  • Day Rate: £500-£540 per day
  • IR35 Status: Outside
  • Duration: Initial 6-month contract
  • Location: 2 days per week in Central London

Key Experience Required:

  • Previous experience as a Service Level Manager within a financial services organisation
  • Proven track record of initiating and establishing SLM processes and governance
  • Expertise in reviewing and assessing the impact of existing services, service agreements, and contracts to mitigate business service level risks
