£500pd Outside IR35 6 month contract 2/3 days per week in London office. La Fosse are currently partnered with an international financial institution who are looking for a UX Service Designer on a contract basis to work on their ongoing program of work to improve business processes and modernise IT. This role will be paying up to £500 per day, outside IR35 and would require 2/3 days per week in their central London office. You will initially be working on a 6-month contract and it is only a 1 stage interview process.

Required:

  • 5+ years as a UX/Service Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design expertise.
  • Experience in Financial Services or Banking is desirable.
  • Proven experience in user-centered design methodologies, including creating user workflows, diagrams, and service blueprints.
  • Experience in running workshops to gather user requirements and define user journeys.
  • Ability to produce low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes and validate them with stakeholders and end users.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, QA teams).
