We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our growing digital marketing team on student placement. This opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience within a professional environment, providing insight into practices and organisational operations within the home improvements industry. The role is ideal for students looking to develop their skills, gain practical knowledge and enhance their CVs while contributing to meaningful projects, with the potential to be offered a paid role in future.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day tasks, supporting team members as needed.
- Assist with content days/filming with clients.
- Create and improve marketing strategies, improve sales and lead processes.
- Learn and assist how to run paid ads.
- Implement SEO, edit websites and post social media content.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to expand understanding of organisational processes.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating professionalism and a proactive attitude.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student in a recognised educational institution.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Google, Social Media Platforms, Canva and Adobe.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Previous relevant experience is advantageous but not essential; a keen interest in the organisation’s field is desirable.
