Digital Content Designer (Full-time)

La Coqueta is a premium, Spanish-inspired children’s wear brand, founded in London in 2013 and loved by families in the UK, US and around the world. We sell online, through our stores in Notting Hill and on Madison Avenue in New York, through concessions in Selfridges and Harrods, and through a growing wholesale business. As we grow, we’re looking for a Digital Content Designer to shape the look of everything we launch and keep our channels full of fresh, beautiful content.
The role
Reporting to our Marketing Manager and working closely with our e-commerce team and Founder & Creative Director, you will:
- create the visual identity for every campaign and launch: new seasons, drops, Sale, Black Friday and store openings;
- produce paid social and digital ad creative for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Google, with multiple versions to test and learn;
- design email templates, flows and campaign modules, plus homepage, landing page and collection banners;
- edit short-form video and simple motion for social, ads, email and the website;
- build a template kit and use AI tools so everyday assets are quick to produce and always on brand;
- brief and manage freelancers and printers for packaging, point of sale, window graphics and print;
- keep our asset library organised and our brand consistent everywhere.
About you
- Three or more years designing for a direct-to-consumer, fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand, with a strong digital and social portfolio.
- Experience creating paid social content at volume and using performance data to improve it.
- Confident editing short-form video.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite; comfortable with Figma or Canva and AI image and video tools.
- A premium eye for typography, layout and imagery.
- Fast, organised and calm when juggling many deadlines.
- Motion graphics, Klaviyo or Shopify experience, or print and packaging experience, is a plus.
Working pattern: full time, Tuesday to Thursday in our Westbourne Park office, Monday and Friday from home.
