We are seeking a dynamic Ramco Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to system integration, ensuring seamless collaboration between the various Ramco ERP modules and their interfaces with SAP and other systems. You will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements, translating those needs into clear and actionable requirements for configurators and developers, and supporting our internal partners throughout the entire solution lifecycle.
Essential Functions:
- Analyze and resolve incident tickets, problems, and change requests.
- Recommend best practices and propose high value‑added solutions aligned with business needs.
- Gather and document business, functional, and non‑functional requirements.
- Contribute to planning activities and effort estimation for deliverables.
- Actively participate in workshops.
- Translate operational needs into functional specifications.
- Prepare and execute integrated testing activities, including the creation and validation of test cases with internal stakeholders.
- Deliver training to super users on new features and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
- College or university degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, synthesis ability, and critical thinking.
- Ability to design and advocate optimal solutions for complex challenges.
- Strong team spirit with a customer‑focused mindset.
- High level of autonomy, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) and good working knowledge of English.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance.
- Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
