Vous serez responsable de procéder à l’inspection des différentes pièces à la réception. Une inspection visuelle de l’état des pièces devra être effectuée, une vérification du contenu des documents, certificats de conformités, des tests d’acceptation des matières premières, etc.
Nos inspecteurs à la réception doivent se distinguer par la rigueur, la minutie, l’approche client, le leadership et l’autonomie qu’ils démontrent.
Votre quotidien :
- Vérifier l’exactitude des certificats de conformités qui nous recevons (numéro du bon de commande, des produits, des quantités livrées, des numéros de série, la durée de vie, les dates d’expirations, etc.)
- Vérifier que tous les rapports d’essai (physique, chimique, mécanique, électrique, enregistrements des statistiques, enregistrements de contrôle du procédé) spécifiés sur le document de réception ou selon le requis du client, sont reçus à la condition finale requise sur le bon de commande.
- Valider que toute la documentation est bien liée aux produits reçus, aux requis du client, au bon de livraison et au bon de réception.
- S’assurer qu’il y a une traçabilité des produits entre le manufacturier et le distributeur.
- Vérifier si le produit reçu est identifié comme suspect d’être contrefait sur le document de réception.
- Vérifier que le produit a été fabriqué, traité ou acheté d’une source autorisée.
- Inspecter tous les équipements de retour de calibration.
- Faire les inspections requises par le client et pouvoir utiliser les documents de DND.
- Inspecter la matière première, s’assurer de la présence de la direction du grain, être en mesure de faire des tests de dureté.
Compétences et connaissances essentielles :
- Minimum quatre (4) années d’expérience comme inspecteur à la réception dans une compagnie aéronautique ou détenir un diplôme professionnel dans l’industrie de l’aéronautique.
- Bonne maîtrise des systèmes informatiques tels que SAP et MS Office.
- Expérience au sein de l’industrie aéronautique, ou dans un environnement où des spécifications de clients différents doivent être appliquées.
- Connaissance des normes quant au contrôle des produits dangereux (SIMDUT).
Critères d’admissibilité (obligatoire) :
- Être admissible à l’inscription du Programme des marchandises contrôlées.
- Être admissible à l’obtention et au maintien de la cote de fiabilité et cote de sécurité Secret Niveau II / Secret OTAN du gouvernement canadien.
- Doit pouvoir satisfaire aux exigences de la réglementation américaine sur le trafic international d'armes (ITAR).
