Compensation Range: Between $57,500 - $107,500 CDN annually

Under the supervision of the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the travel and living claim process, monitoring the accounting aspect of it, and ensuring proper invoicing while working in a Project Management environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Ensure all the travelling process steps are well executed on a daily basis;
  • Master the travel and living corporate policy and the Canadian Government contract specific policies to ensure their application in daily transactions;
  • Train process users;
  • Identify and deploy improvement opportunities;
  • Deploy and manage a change management process.

Qualifications:

  • College degree in Business Administration - Accounting profile, Bachelor degree in Business Administration - Accounting profile, Accounting Certificate, or any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered;
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in travel and living management or a similar position;
  • Experience with SAP (an asset);
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential (pivot tables, advanced formulas);
  • Attention to detail, teamwork, analytical skills, and business acumen are sought-after competencies;
  • Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment requiring accountability and autonomy;
  • Bilingual French and English (written and spoken).

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2/NATO Secret security clearance;
  • Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
