Overview
As Senior HRBP, you will translate business priorities into practical HR initiatives across a key UK site, shaping talent management and leadership development to boost organizational capability. You’ll collaborate with HR and business leaders to deliver people-focused solutions, using insights to drive decisions and improve performance. You’ll lead end-to-end talent processes and provide guidance on performance and employee relations. This role offers the chance to influence workforce strategy within a mission-driven, matrix environment.

Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Director to execute HR strategies aligned to enterprise priorities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for frontline employees on processes, policies and practices
- Support site leaders and cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives for growth
- Use analytics to inform proactive talent decisions and solutions
- Diagnose issues and implement root-cause solutions to improve engagement and experience
- Build relationships with functional HRBPs to influence priorities
- Lead end-to-end talent management for site leadership, including workforce planning, development, performance and compensation
- Manage HR projects and change initiatives
Key requirements
- Degree qualified with substantial related experience/CIPD qualification/HR qualification
- Experience as HRBP with increasing scope in a matrix and government contracting environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, coaching and consulting skills
- High degree of professional integrity and confidentiality, attention to detail
- Knowledge of HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, and SuccessFactors
