About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled HGV Mechanic to carry out servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy goods vehicles. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well as part of a team, and can keep vehicles maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine servicing, inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
- Complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
- Prepare vehicles for inspection and ensure they meet roadworthiness standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Work safely and keep the workshop clean and organised.
