Looking for a secure leadership role in warehousing? Join LM Manufacturing as a Warehouse Manager supporting our regulated pharmaceutical supply chain operations. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional with strong GMP/GDP knowledge, stock control expertise, team leadership experience and working knowledge of SAP, as we are implementing SAP across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including receipt, storage, dispensing and dispatch
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP and site procedures
  • Maintain accurate stock records, inventory controls and material traceability
  • Supervise warehouse activities, including pick and pack operations
  • Support management of BIN cards and warehouse documentation
  • Ensure material handling equipment is maintained and warehouse standards are upheld
  • Support QMS activities including deviations, non-conformances and document management
  • Support warehouse readiness and process improvements linked to SAP implementation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Significant warehouse experience within pharmaceutical or regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, stock control and warehouse operations
  • Experience leading or supervising warehouse teams
  • Working knowledge of SAP is essential
  • FLT licence preferred
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving and time management skills
