LM Manufacturing Limited is seeking an experienced Senior QC Analyst – HPLC to join our Quality Control Laboratory within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This Senior HPLC Analyst role is ideal for candidates with strong hands-on HPLC experience, pharmaceutical QC testing knowledge, GMP compliance experience, and analytical laboratory expertise within regulated pharmaceutical environments.

The successful Senior QC Analyst will support analytical testing activities, laboratory investigations, GMP compliance, method validation activities, and Quality Control operations across the QC laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and non-routine analysis using HPLC and other analytical techniques
  • Carry out testing of raw materials, finished products, stability samples, and in-process samples
  • Operate and troubleshoot HPLC systems and associated laboratory equipment
  • Review analytical data and laboratory results accurately
  • Support OOS, OOT, deviation, and CAPA investigations
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, ALCOA++, ICH guidelines, and data integrity requirements
  • Participate in method validation, verification, and transfer activities
  • Work collaboratively with QA, Production, and other departments
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within a pharmaceutical QC laboratory
  • Strong hands-on HPLC experience is essential
  • Experience with UV, FTIR, and Karl Fischer analysis desirable
  • Good understanding of GMP, data integrity, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience using Chromeleon or similar CDS software preferred
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
