£26,436.80 – £30,000 per annum + Shift Allowance

  • Permanent | Full Time
  • Shift Allowance: £2,500 per annum (Day & Afternoon shifts), £3,500 per annum (Night shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive electrical / mechanical maintenance.
  • Diagnose faults and repair production equipment and utilities.
  • Support PLC, instrumentation and basic automation fault finding.
  • Complete maintenance records in line with GMP and site procedures.
  • Support installation, commissioning and continuous improvement projects.
  • Maintain electrical safety and engineering compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in maintenance engineering within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Electrical bias with mechanical fault-finding ability.
  • Knowledge of motors, drives, control systems or power distribution.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and respond to breakdowns.
  • Reliable, practical and able to work independently or in a team.

Desirable (Not Essential):

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, food or regulated manufacturing.
  • Basic PLC or automation knowledge.
  • Relevant engineering qualification or apprenticeship.
