Production Operative / Manufacturing Operator (Pharmaceutical) Weedon, Northamptonshire (NN7 4PP) £26,436.80 – £27,000 per annum + Shift Allowance Permanent | Full Time | Rotating Shifts

The Role

Join LM Manufacturing as a Production Operative supporting the manufacture of liquid medicines in a clean, regulated production environment.

Duties Include

  • Bulk preparation, filling, packing and cleaning activities
  • Operating bottling and production equipment
  • Completing production records and following GMP procedures
  • Supporting quality, hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Reporting equipment issues or deviations promptly

About You

We welcome applicants with experience in pharmaceutical, food, FMCG or factory production environments.

You Will Be

  • Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
  • Detail‑focused and able to follow procedures
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts and a 7-day rota

Experience in GMP, bottling or packing lines is desirable, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
