About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents, empowering them to live fulfilling lives. You will:
- Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation
- Support residents with rehabilitation goals, independence, and community engagement
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement tailored care plans
- Build positive, trusting relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
About You
We are looking for caring and dedicated individuals with:
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a complex care, or dementia care setting is desirable but not essential
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of residents
Qualifications (Desirable but Not Essential)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
