Salary: £13 per hour - £13.50 per hour (dependent on experience)

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to residents, empowering them to live fulfilling lives. You will:

  • Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation
  • Support residents with rehabilitation goals, independence, and community engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to implement tailored care plans.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

About You

We are looking for caring and dedicated individuals with:

  • Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a complex care, or dementia care setting is desirable but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of residents.

Qualifications (Desirable but Not Essential):

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
