The role involves providing care management to our residents working alongside the registered manager, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services in compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
The Complex Care Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our care management provision, risk management and care planning and medicines management. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience and excellent leadership skills, with an ability to work independently and lead on the management of their client group. You will need excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, and dedication to deliver exceptional personalised care to vulnerable individuals with complex care needs.

Must hold a valid NMC Pin, preferable RMN but would accept RGN\’s with extensive complex care experience
Ability to demonstrate excellent up to date clinical knowledge.
Experience of complex care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, standards, and inspection processes
Excellent computer literacy.
