The role involves providing care management to our residents working alongside the registered manager, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services in compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: The Complex Care Unit Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our care management provision, risk management and care planning and medicines management. You will need excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, and dedication to deliver exceptional personalised care to vulnerable individuals with complex care needs.
