L&M Healthcare provide expert care in a luxurious home from home environment. We specialise in the kind of personalised general nursing and dementia care that develops, sustains and where possible, improves mental and motor skills.

We are looking for an experienced, friendly Activities Lead who will be the familiar face to our residents, their families, our employees, and all health professionals and visitors who interact with the home. The Activities Lead will need to plan and implement activities appropriate to the residents' needs and requests. The Activities Lead will be responsible for providing stimulation, interaction and encouragement for residents through entertainment, meaningful activities, either group work or one to one. This role is a temporary full time position covering maternity leave.
