We are hiring a Service Administrator based in Rushden. This is a full-time, office-based position with a competitive salary (DOE).

We are looking for a Service Administrator to join our team and play a key role in keeping our busy Service Office running smoothly. If you are organised, proactive and enjoy supporting operations, this role could be perfect for you.
What you’ll do:
- Book and arrange tyre repairs
- Book and arrange hydraulic hose repairs
- Schedule services across a wide range of plant machinery
- Answer incoming calls from customers and log breakdowns accurately
- Issue advice notes and ensure customers are advised of any damages
- Support the Service Manager with general administrative tasks
