We're looking for an Operator Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in sourcing and coordinating skilled plant operators across the UK. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, communicates confidently, and enjoys building strong working relationships while delivering excellent customer service.

What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end induction process for internal and external personnel
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our plant fleet and operator requirements
  • Carry out accurate data entry onto internal systems and apps
  • Handle confidential information in line with GDPR and company policies
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with external site personnel and operators
  • Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support workforce planning to ensure operators are placed efficiently based on project requirements
  • Manage customer expectations and maintain professional communication via phone and email
  • Work closely with Operator Managers, project teams, and site management to ensure smooth operations
  • Support key responsibilities including Key Accounts, Regional Accounts, and project-specific requirements
  • Promote clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges

What we're looking for

  • Results-driven team player focused on achieving targets
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
