We are hiring a Workforce Labour Resourcer based in Hemel Hempstead. Full-time | Office-based.

We are looking for a Workforce Labour Resource Administrator to join our Workforce team and play a key role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of skilled Labour and Plant Operatives across projects nationwide. This role suits a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the end-to-end induction process for internal and external personnel.
- Develop a strong understanding of our fleet, labour trades, and industry competencies.
- Accurately input and maintain data within internal systems and workforce apps.
- Handle confidential information in line with GDPR and company policies.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with external site personnel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support workforce planning to ensure timely placement of Operatives against project needs.
- Manage customer expectations through professional phone and email communication.
- Act as a key link between Workforce Managers, site teams, and project management teams.
- Promote clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and help resolve operational challenges.
- Grow and maintain the labour candidate database in line with agreed KPIs.
