The predicted salary is between 25000 - 35000 Β£ per year.

To assist a busy workshop team in inspecting and repairing a large range of plant machinery. This role will help implement and embed the company vision and behaviours across all that we do. To achieve this, we need to focus on delivering the highest service and focusing on getting things 'right first time'.

Reporting Lines: You will report into the Service Manager.

Focus areas of the role:

  • Working safely and respectfully in a busy environment.
  • Repair and maintain equipment.
  • Service equipment inline with manufacturers schedules.
  • Work as part of a team as well as an individual.

Success enablers: To be successful in this role you will need the following skills, behaviours, and ability:

  • Experience of Plant maintenance.
  • Have carried out formal training (or have the ability) to NVQ2 Plant maintenance. An equivalent qualification is acceptable.
  • Must have tooling to carry out the role.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to grow within the business. Learn new skills and take on new challenges.
